E46 Touring, bad radio reception fix - I.C.E (E46) - E46Zone

I've been living with bad radio reception for far too long. It was so bad I couldn't even receive BBC radio stations on my regular commute around the m25. So I decided to do something about it. I'm posting here in case it's useful for anyone else. My stereo is an aftermarket touchscreen headunit
