From Super Fire Truck to Super Boat, and with the help of his super-gadget the ST3000, Carl can solve any problem. Whether he's transforming into a boat to chase off sharks, a garbage truck to clean the canal, or a helicopter to look for lost presents, he is fully equipped to respond to any distress call. Full of resources, Carl shows younger ones that with courage and perseverance, they can solve any problem. Each episode, an inhabitant will run into trouble.
